As November comes to a close and my birthday on November 28 passes, I reflect deeply on a question that resonates with the transformational energy of this month: Now that I am a Butterfly, what do I do?
This question feels even more poignant this year. As I turn another year older, I sit with this reflection, knowing my journey of transformation is far from finished. It is an ongoing unfolding — just as it is for all of us.
In the Lemurian Cosmology, November marks the energy of the Butterfly — a symbol of profound metamorphosis. We've entered a new phase, shedding old layers and preparing to embrace the new. Yet, in the process of transmutation, the question remains: What do we do now that we've crossed the threshold?
As I reflect on my journey through this process, I realize this question is not of certainty, but rather one of deep trust. It's about surrendering to the process of becoming, while still holding space for the mystery of what's to come.
Amidst this sea of change, I created a painting this month called Beast Beneath the Waters. This piece emerged from deep grief, collective energy, and raw expression — an art form born not from thought, but from allowing the process to simply unfold. The painting became a visual dance of letting go — just as we must let go of our old selves to step into the new. What emerged wasn't just an image, but a powerful manifestation of the collective energies we are all experiencing.
It was a reminder that in the messiness of the process, in the layers that don't seem to make sense, there is beauty to be found. The dance of creativity calls us to embrace all aspects of ourselves and our experience — without judgment or resistance.

So, now that we've become the Butterfly, what do we do? How do we step into this new version of ourselves?
As we are halfway through the Lemurian year, we are entering the 7th month — December — the month of Okapi Motu. In the cycle of the Lemurian Motus, this month calls us to embrace the light of father — the ancient wisdom of the lineage of light and the guardianship they offer us. It's a time to also honor the guardianship we hold over our own lives, our creations, and our communities.
Okapi, the forest giraffe, invites us to stand tall, deeply rooted in our purpose, while holding space for the collective energy that supports us all. It's a reminder that our purpose is not just personal; it is collective. We are all threads in a larger web of transformation.
As we move through this time of becoming, it's a moment to pause and reflect: What wisdom am I carrying forward from my ancestors? What do I need to honor, integrate, and release to embody my full potential in this next phase of evolution?
The wisdom of Okapi Motu reminds us that we are guardians of this moment in time. We are called to step into our strength with humility and grace, trusting in the support of our lineage and the wisdom that flows through us.
I invite you to join me in reflecting on these questions:
What ancient wisdom am I carrying forward into this next phase of transformation? (For me, it's the wisdom of resilience and creative surrender. I'm learning to trust the process and flow without resistance.)
How can I embody the light of father within me as a guardian of my purpose? (I am embracing my role as a creator — bringing beauty into the world, even when the process feels messy or uncertain.)
What is my role in this collective metamorphosis? (I see myself as a weaver, helping to connect threads and create harmony through the chaos of transformation.)

As we enter December and the energy of Okapi Motu, we move into a time of guardianship and ancestral wisdom. The Okapi's energy invites us to rise tall and grounded in our purpose, connecting with the ancient light of our lineage. This is a time of personifying strength, peace, and the grace of the guardians who walk with us.
I look forward to stepping into this new chapter with you, as we continue our shared journey of personal and collective change.
Happy Un Ra Ti Ka! Sending you the beautiful light medicine of the special fish. May you remember your sacred alignment with PEACE!
All my love,
C xx
